Oil store

A company running a racing team needed a secure oil storage store.  A secure unit with ventilation and a big enough bunded area to contain any oil spills.  It was agreed that 30ft length was optimum and 8ft width was fine. We cut a 40ft container down to 30ft and fitted it out to the finish you can see below.  We made a ramp to wheel in and out the 200lt barrels.

Shipping containers new and used have a long life span if well located and painted from time to time. They are universally transportable and very secure. With doors and windows, electrics and internal lining and insulation, even external cladding, they can be transformed.

Please keep an eye out here for some really good ideas.

What's this?

Designed by a friend I carefully hand picked each container, so all the best sides faced outwards.  Actually, it was after many hours inspecting containers that we became friends.  Good job eh?
